St Petersberg promoting sanctioned (legal) graffiti

This is great for the Graff artists of Russia as well as for the Graff artists of the world! All of us artists need to make sure what we do is legal, and if its not then we must fight to make it! The importance of art's legality is that to "the people" the art isn't portrayed as something wrong to do. Getting sanctions or permits only helps spread the love and art and shit maybe you'll get some extra cash to buy some legit cans for the next piece!
